Designing has been a passion for Jennifer since she can remember - drawing costumes to wear at tap dancing competitions from age 5 that her talented mother would then create for her. Jennifer studied Fashion Design at Otago Polytech graduating in 2008, and was selected to show her graduate collection ‘Overture’ at the prestigious iD International Emerging Designers Awards in 2009’s iD Dunedin Fashion Week.
After gaining industry experience, Jennifer developed her own made-to measure label over a decade ago. Since then, Pansy Couture has created dozens of gorgeous bridal gowns, bridesmaids and flower girl dresses, and a huge variety of costumes for dancing competitions, theatre shows and fancy dress costumes for themed parties.
Jennifer loves being a mum to her two amazing daughters. She is an active member of the local musical theatre scene, both in the performance area and creative process of many shows.
